Bright yellow starburst designs over a black background on this 1950's circle skirt

The fabric is cotton

The waist of the skirt is fitted with long ties, like on an apron. They wrap to the back, then are tied in a bow to secure the fit. This style is extremely fit friendly, and will accommodate a variety of waist sizes. I have measured it as a 33 inch waist, but it will easily fit several inches larger or smaller.
